In the heart of America’s largest midwestern city overlooking Lake Michigan, the Clifford family set out to create a Parisian flat bringing all of the furniture and millwork directly from France. The lighting design team worked closely with the interior designer to incorporate numerous antique chandeliers, sconces, and lamps into the lighting scheme. The individually selected antique French fixtures were visually emphasized while integrated architectural light fixtures provide additional accent light, highlighting art and decorative elements throughout the space.

The residence is flexible--cozy enough for the couple but grandly elegant and capable of accomodating events for two hundred attendees. The Crestron dimming systems allow users to easily tune the lighting to match the functional requirements.
